Our Services
We specialize in helping individuals who have experienced interpersonal trauma heal from PTSD and other trauma related challenges. We use a blend of mindfulness, acceptance, relational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to support clients. We believe it is important to acknowledge the ways that cultural expectations, systemic oppression, and bias impact the way we think and behave. Therefore, we explore how societal and cultural factors shape beliefs (about self and other) and behavior. Individual therapy appointments are 50-55 minutes and typically occur weekly or bi-weekly. All individual therapy appointments are currently being provided via telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Every relationship has highs and lows. When the lows outnumber the highs, this could be a sign that coupes therapy may be beneficial. We enjoy helping couples who are stuck in painful patterns learn new ways of communicating and relating to one another. We use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to support couples in getting each partners needs met, deepening their connection, and healing from past hurts. Couples therapy appointments are 50-55 minutes and typically occur weekly or bi-weekly. All couples therapy appointments are currently being provided via telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant platform.
